Road Trip in One of the Most Dangerous Highway in the World (Halsema Highway)

The Philippines Most Dangerous Road has very beautiful and scenic views but also is very dangerous for the drivers and the commuters who always have to pass this road. By looking at this view, you cannot help but amazed by the magnificent beauty of the roads but also feel so nervous because it is more than riding a roller coaster.

Halsema Highway, Philippines is Located on the island of Luzon, the Halsema Highway runs through the Center Cordillera Valley in the Philippines from Baguio to Bontoc and farther on toward Tabuk and Tuguegarao. Landslides and rock falls are common, often stranding motorists for long periods of time. Many portions of the road are still unpaved, although work is supposedly in progress to bring about some improvements, and there are plenty of drop-offs that are steep enough to kill you.

The Philippines Most Dangerous Road is Halsema Highway or also known as Baguio-Bontoc Road or Mountain Trail, has a length of 150 km and it’s a two- to four-lane highway that stretches from Baguio City to Bontoc, Mountain Province, Philippines.
